Basic Criminal record search Policy Provisions

* New Staff Employees

o All new Staff employees shall carry the following criminal history checks completed for a condition of employment with American Acme Corporation. Every of the history checks identified in this paragraph, man's resources office at each headquarters will determine whether it or the hiring department will do the criminal court records search.

- Employment verification - to be completed from your hiring department or headquarters human resources office

- Educational verification - to be completed through the hiring department or headquarters human resources office

- License verification - to be completed from your hiring department or headquarters human resources office; excepting a required motor vehicle drivers license, which will be be initiated by the hiring department or headquarters hours office and completed by Risk Management

- Criminal records background check - staying initiated via hiring department or headquarters human resources office, with final completion by the headquarters recruiting office

- Sex and violent offender registry background check - to be initiated with hiring department or headquarters human resources office, with final completion by the headquarters hours office

o Foreigners who in order to offered employment into appointed Staff positions will be subject into the following provisions:

Success of the previously performed verification and/or history criminal record check will be looked into in any pending employment decision.
